ABOUT ACCUGEEKS
Better decisions start with the numbers behind them.

I'm Teneisha Crane-Street, founder of AccuGeeks. Most people call me T. I started AccuGeeks in 2019 because I kept seeing smart, hardworking people make big financial decisions without the numbers in front of them.
My background is in accounting, employee benefit plan audit, and mortgage lending. Audit taught me to question assumptions and look past the surface of a financial statement. My time as a mortgage loan originator showed me another side of real estate. Financing the home mattered, but what held my attention was the business behind the transaction: how agents earn, structure, and keep their income.
Over time I saw the same pattern again and again. A business can generate substantial income and still miss opportunities because of how it's structured.
That's why I built the AccuGeeks S-Corp Feasibility Analysis. Since 2024, Texas agents can receive commissions through their own TREC-registered entity. For some, that's a real advantage. For others, an S-Corp costs more than it saves. The analysis uses your actual numbers to show which side you're on. If it makes sense, we help you set it up: entity formation, TREC registration guidance, payroll, and ongoing accounting and tax.
Our goal isn't to convince every agent to become an S-Corp. It's to make sure every agent decides with the numbers in front of them
I'm based in Fairview, Texas, and work with clients nationwide, including healthcare practitioners.
