A CLOSER LOOK AT STEP 1: ANALYSIS & ROADMAP
Find out exactly what an S-Corp would save you, before you file anything.
Most S-Corp advice is a single income number someone heard once. Your analysis runs your actual numbers through a documented method that covers reasonable pay for your role, state rules, and the real cost of running an S-Corp. If it doesn't make sense for you yet, the report says so.
What's in your analysis
Your estimated tax today compared with an S-Corp
Your estimated savings after those costs, or the income level where it starts to pay off
A reasonable-salary range for your role, based on wage data for your occupation
State-specific considerations
The yearly costs of running an S-Corp: payroll, the business return, and state fees
A clear recommendation: yes, not yet, or no
